Here is a video I made with brainwave entrainment that goes into the theta brainwave state too. It actually goes lower than that into the delta brainwave range for a while. But, if you stay awake, then you can do the same thing as with this video; use the state that you go into to more effectively visualize or work on your 'inner work' that is harder to do in regular normal waking walking around consciousness.

There is no talking on here. Just some relaxing music and the isochronic tone that guides your brain to access lower frequencies that match the pulse. This way you can use it to meditate on whatever you are working on right now in a relaxed theta/delta state!

I like this. Thanks for posting this video. I like brainwave entrainment. It was nice to have her soothing hypnotic voice leading a meditation/visualization. Love and Light to our Mother and to all Life with Us!
