You will see the truth.

How do you relate to the moment you are in when you feel like you are struggling or having a hard time? First, one must look at the reality of what is happening and where you are. It is very important not to confuse the present moment with moments from the past or worry about the future, simply see the moment only as it is. We often take the moment we are inside of and overlay our emotions and our thoughts on it. We perceive things as being a certain way from past experiences; this may not be valid with the truth of where we are now. We perceive things not only to be a certain way, but confuse ourselves by then involving our emotions and ideas. It is far easier to deal with what is happening if you are completely present with it. Yes, it could really be hard at that moment, but do not make it even harder by relying on the past or trying to confront the future before it even arrives.By staying present in the moment you can see it for what it really is, without bending it or altering it to conform to what you think it is. You will see the truth. To be truly clear about what is real so that we have the truth of what is really taking place, we must see the moment without thought, memories, emotional attachments, or anything else that is not really a part of it. When we take the context of the moment for what it is, is it then so overwhelming? Remember, do not relate it to another moment or add some future pressure to it so that it becomes worse. This is a common mistake, and it leads people to feeling like they cannot cope or it makes the moment seem worse than it is. If you can be clear, open, and non-judgmental, you will be able to adapt, for you will be coming from a place that is also real because you have not mentally or emotionally altered yourself.Every moment is possible to be in; all moments lead to another. It is when we choose to struggle, instead of being present and accepting the moment, that it becomes unbearable. This happens easily, for maintaining presence with reality can seem harder than it is. We often lose ourselves in the premise of what could be or are rewinding our thoughts to yesterday. In order to cope with any moment, no matter how hard it feels, remember to stay present and engaged, without altering your judgment of the truth of the moment, so you can see what is real and really enable yourself to cope, move forward, and find the easiest path to deal with whatever is happening.
