Under the influence of the Holy Presence
of the Virgin-Like Soul,
Mother Mary receives the Immaculate Conception
of the Heart of God into Her Divine Womb.
Fostering and cultivating the Spirit of Holiness
within Herself through prayers of re-unification
and hope-inspired dialogues with the Supreme,
the Holy Presence sends rays of Light
to Her while dreaming and while awake.
Thinking of nothing but the Christed Love
that has entered into Her Individual Life
and into the Life of the Community
which She belongs to,
Mother Mary awaits for the Son of the Ages
to Fully Manifest on this God-Forsaken Planet.
Plagued by doubts,
Joseph yearns for some reasonable explanation
as to why his Wife radiates with the Gentleness of a Dove.
Turning his back on the Holy Presence
due to a limited vision of what the Future means,
Joseph is as a Carpenter for God
without even knowing that he is working
under God's Holy Presence.
Herod, the Great King of materialism and deception,
derides and makes fun of the soon to be Son of the Ages,
calling Him a good for nothing Trouble Maker.
Visited by Three Wise Men,
Their Council is dismissed as superstitious rubbish
and as childish fantasies of over-stimulated minds.
Following the Blue Star of Universal Redemption,
the Three Wise Men arrive at the Humble Palace of the Lord,
bringing Gifts of the Spirit with Them.
Endowed with the virtues of prophecy and divination,
the Three Wise Men declare that the Son of Man
and the Son of God is Born on this Day.
Hearing of the Glories of God that are stored
within the Vessel known as John the Baptist,
the false and true prophets of the world
await to be Blessed and Baptized
in the Holy Jordan River.
Seeing the Coming of Christ
in the Son of Man,
John the Baptist satisfactorily bestows upon Jesus
all of the virtues of the Holy Presence.
Descending as a Dove, the Spirit of God
imbues Jesus' Heart with the Love
of Fatherly Wisdom and the Love
of Visionary Peoples and Places.
In a State of Ecstasy,
John the Baptist is overwhelmed
by the Kingdom of God that is within the Right Hand of Jesus.
Retiring into God's Seclusion,
the Great Tempter tries to fill the mind
of the Baptized One
with the desires of a materialistic heart.
Wanting only God and nothing else,
the fear of countless men and women passes
before his internal eyes,
awaiting for a confirmation of the imagined worlds of illusion.
Outwitting the mind and intelligence
of every philosopher that roams through the valley of shadows,
Jesus emerges from His dark night of the Soul
with a Profound Message to Deliver unto Humanity.
Initiating the most common of persons
into the Mysteries of the Holy Presence,
the Christ that is Jesus Commences.
Comment by Julian Colgan on August 13, 2012 at 12:45am I intend to daily go through a significant portion
of each Gospel and doing what I have done
with the Bhagavad Gita for the Christian Bible.
Comment by Julian Colgan on August 13, 2012 at 6:27pm Something that is devotionally relatable to both Christianity and Vaishnavism: Only God can lead us back Home to the spiritual world while still living. Seeing the spiritual world as love for Sri Guru, the eternal abode of Bhakti, grab whichever portion of ecstasy is given to your sincere prayers to the Divine for one drop of Prema can last you for hundreds of lifetimes. Being self-realized in one lifetime is enough to guarantee you that all of the efforts and visions granted to your dear soul during that given lifetime returns to your essential Heart the moment you remember that Krishna is truly an internal reality that is sensible only to your spiritually awakened senses.
