I must first define 'presence' in a way that includes only what is relevant about being present at a place. My point is that then 'omnipresence' can happen in way that isn't too hard to understand and even to practice!

PRESENCE: We say that you are present at a place if you can:
1.) Influence the things happening at that place.
2.)Be influenced by the things happening at that place.

If, for instance, a psychic in Andromeda can somehow put off a fire in some forest on earth, which we can't, then for that particular matter, the psychic is nearer to the earth than we are! Being 'near' to a place in the usual way we tend to understand 'nearness' isn't the relevant thing. The fact that you can influence things in the room is all that matter and that is why nature took you 'near' that room.

You are influenced by a place if you can see, feel or experience that place exactly as it is, including the people at that place being able to communicate with you.

If the 'getting influenced' will come about via clairsentience, then the 'influencing' will come about via psychokinesis. If by holding an object of your imagination and then moving it around through your imaginary hand, you somehow telekinetically move the distant object that you are imagining of, in exact way you are imagining it, then such is an example of what I termed it as being psychically present at that distant place. My main point then is that we need not to go to a place if we can be psychically present!

The latter presence is the real presence! If you can perform things in a distant place, even including what the people there can't perform e.g seeing through rocks, then why need to be visibly present there at all?

If by imagining that you are talking to someone, you somehow psychokinetically talk to them (telepathically), then you are psychicaly present with them for that purpose!

The major point is that we must understand this 'influencing' and 'getting influenced' as to be solely via what we often term it as 'psychic abilities'. You are seeing a distant room the way you would, if you were just inside that room! So it is a type of remort viewing or clairvoyance. For this to happen very well, we must learn to imagine being at a place, then focus at that place of imagination till it feels like you are actualy there at that place, walking there, sitting, turning, jumping, driving etc.
This isn't hard to do if you begine with imagining being at places you have ever been at.

Such an imagination is being actualy influenced by that place if at some point, the 'imagination' turn spontaneous and you begine getting the actual information you would get if you were actualy there at that place. So it turns to a certain kinda remort viewing.
