Dreaming as the supreme meditation

What true wonders do arise when
my eyelids fall heavy with the sleep of time.
Watching my senses shut down for an evening's rest,
making external stimuli practically non-existent,
I seek the light that contains the splendor
of the other side of consciousness.
Retaining individual awareness is unnecessary
once I am in my dreamscape
since all conventions and all identities
melt away in the transient illusion of being awake or being asleep.
Who am I outside of my memory and imagination?
The stuff of the cosmos.
The archetypes of all ages.
Knowing no self except the universally dreamed self,
I will dream my cosmos into being.
Seeing all as illuminated - all shall be illuminated.
The senses, having no sway over the other side of consciousness,
gives way to supreme forms of omniscient perception.
Thought, being the currency of the superior worlds,
allows me to see the starry heavens
as being as minute as my sleep-driven body.
Thought, being the currency of the superior worlds,
allows me to experience the immortality
of all the gods combined.
Thought, being the currency of the superior worlds,
allows me to make every impossibility into a possibility.
To dream towards a new found utopia
is to dream towards myself.
Everything that I could possibly dream of is but a second away.
I shall close my eyes and dream away the night and the day with the One.
Dreaming of the One - I found myself.
