empowering yourself is done with loving and time. you serve all children of god as one, and your soul comes back, the ascension is naturally taking place. It's a simple and daily work. 3 prayers each day can be enough. Check my christ consciousness event, i explained it more on the manual i wrote.

My God consciousness group is also great for it.

If i wanted to create attunements for some godess, i would simply set protection and then call them and explain to them what i want and then, aware of the fact they know much more than the actual me, i simply would tell them to offer for us through this attunements everything they would like to give for the highest good and the greatest good of the recipient. And simply write "yes + plus the godess name" and enjoy their blessing.
