Tell us about yourself?: Ex-Nurse, retired due to chronic illness. Now my whole life is devoted to uplifting the vibrations of Earth through maintaining a higher frequency of love, compassion, service-to-others. Everyday is focused on spirituality, enjoying Nature, enjoying the company of my two beautiful dogs. Widow since 2005. In communication with my husband on the higher realms who protects me, loves me and sends me healing and messages. I was awakened to my True-Self by Sai Baba in 1989 and my Awakening continues.

What brought you here?: To spread love, compassion, peace, comfort, spiritual advice, help with ascension questions, support.

What can you contribute?: My love, my sense of humour, my wealth of spiritual knowledge and awareness. I post spiritual blogs and teachings.

Teachers: Sri Sathya Sai Baba; HH Dalai Lama; Tsung Tsai, my friend in Mongolia. Every person you encounter in your life is also your teacher, in some way.

Books: The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching by Thich Nhat Hanh;
The Buddha Book by Lillian Too; books by HH Dalai Lama;
