It seems that after about the age of five,in children, the thymus gland begins to 'silt' up. Meditation of course helps to excercise this most important centre. There is also a direct excercise.
Whilst sitting with staight back in a relaxed position, with feet on ground or in lotus, cup each hand over ears with thumbs down and fingers pointing towards the back of the head. I reakon the thumbs losely on point between mandible and neck.
