Hello. I have always been interested in learning. Since I was small id have dreams that came true. At 19 I was taught the basic meaning of tarot in Vancouver, was also introducted to kabbalah. Planted many trees. Travelled, and ended up in oz. Had three kids, learned about gardening and herbs astrology and elemental medicines. Received transmission from sogyal rinpocee which really opened a few doors. Travelled more hung out on lombok for q few years.
What brought you here?
I'm an avid reader.

Namaste. Im not writting this as an informative blog. More as ,for once, a self centered musing. Im not citing referances as im not copying.

decalcification of thymus

It seems that after about the age of five,in children, the thymus gland begins to 'silt' up. Meditation of course helps to excercise this most important centre. There is also a direct excercise.

Whilst sitting with staight back in a relaxed position, with feet on ground or in lotus, cup each hand over ears with thumbs down and fingers pointing towards the back of the head. I reakon the thumbs losely on point between mandible and neck.
