HARMONIZE YOUR AURA - DAILY EXERCISE

I do this exercise whenever I feel the need...which is everyday, at least once :)

This exercise serves to protect, harmonize and strengthen the auric body.

Should be made every morning and every night.

Standing.

Energize.  Rub hands palm to palm, several times, hard.

To intake the Cosmic energy to make, slowly take  your hands apart and slowly take them up your head, placing the tips of the fingers up.

At the same time, take a deep breath.

As a reminder...keep breathing deeply during all this exercise. :)

As you take your hands down,

Place hands together, palm to palm, fingers up, without separating them

and place the base of the hands on the 7 chackra,

continue down to the 6 Chakra 

and then take the hands lower, until you come to nose and mouth level...then press the mouth lightly with your hands.

Open your hands and place your fingers behind the neck, at the height of the first cervical, and with the fingertips press while you head goes back for a moment.

Energize and again, take in cosmic energy on top of the head.

While the left hand remains up, taking in the cosmic energy,

put your right hand with fingers together, firm, pointing upward, and in this position place it in:

Eyebrows, mouth, heart, navel.

Again, energize and take in cosmic energy.

Place your hands , palms out and make movements such as throwing, from head to the floor, from left to right.

Place your hands at chest level, open, palms out and make small movements such as pushing, from the inside out, from left to right, around the body, rotating the trunk, without moving your feet.

Again, energize and take in cosmic energy.

Make an aura cleansing, moving your hands from the bottom up, starting with the feet and walking around the body to reach the head, and then throw it hard all to space above you, in one motion.

Clean your whole body shaking, from top to bottom. Launched into space, out ---much like a dog does when throwing water of his fur.

Again, energize and take in cosmic energy.

To place a protection.

Put your arms extended, palms out. Turn your torso left to right and from top to bottom beam out an energy field that covers your aura.

Fill the aura with GOLD LIGHT be visualizing and blowing reiki energy all around you, in diferent directions.

Envelop your golden aura with BLUE COBALT LIGHT and after with WHITE SILVER LIGHT.

FOR A MORE BEAUTIFUL FINISH PLACE A RAINBOW LIGHT OUTSIDE THE WHITE SILVER LAYER.
