Above the courtyard of the city, the City of Light houses all those that live in Shamballa. The city is beautiful and golden.

Shamballa contains plentiful crystals.
The City of Light contains rooms for new arrivals to continue sleeping and eating until they adjust to life in Shamballa. Those in Shamballa inhabit ascended master light bodies which require neither sleep nor eating (unless the arrival wants to do it)
