The Heart Of The Saints

Though always riding the waves which courses through the spiritual atmospheres, the Vaishnava soul is nonetheless an eternal devotee of every other jiva soul; no matter what their position, both spiritual and material.

Hi Julian and everyone

I really love this phrase. It comes from Mona Rolfe, one of my special writers:-

We are here to live in the present on the memories of the past and the vision of the future.

Hi Julian and everyone

Just to say I have posted two blog posts, Forget-me-not; and

I come from a thousand life times and more, shared through the ages and cycles of time.

Hi Julian and everyone,

Just to say I have posted a new blog, From Out Of The Void I Spoke, From Out Of Nothing I Came: From Nowhere To Everywhere, Thus Did I Emerge, And Eternal Life, So It Began:

Hi Julian

I agree with you. I am sure you have read about what is termed The Dark Night of the Soul.  Paul Brunton wrote on this very movingly..... for the majority of people who seek to travel upon the spiritual path, after the initial highs and insights and feelings of being in contact with guides, teachers and spirit.... this gets taken away and the seeker of spiritual truths feels lost and alone... leading to the term The Dark Night Of The Soul.

I did purchase a book of this title, but it was not as good as the late Paul Brunton's notes in one of his many books.

I would say my own example, after what seemed prolific communications and happenings with and through spirit... all of a sudden everything seemed to stop.. and one did indeed feel cut off, although of course being aware I was not,

Much development goes on during the sleep and astral travel experiences, and that kept me going.

Now I feel recharged I would say again, better and stronger, and do not feel cut off as it were!

The Dark Night Of The Soul is also to make the spiritual seeker aware, that without spirit it can do nothing...life is as a blank page through which no feeling of inspiration comes.... till it is over, then what joy.

Hi Julian

That is interesting.  Was this during a long time you spent in India?  It certainly has left a passion and fascination, which I am sure was there before you went.

Who would want to live 1,000 years on earth! - not many of us here.

As you say, once the ability has been achieved - if it does not go hand in hand alongside that something else, then as you have said, people can still feel something in their life is missing.

How did you feel when you saw people being able to levitate in front of you?  Did they remain ten feet in the air for very long?  Would you have liked to have done this?

Interesting,

Pat
