Forgiveness is a path to freedom.

Forgiveness is, first and foremost, an internal process. It is primarily for you. Forgiveness is a path to freedom. It frees one from the control of the ‘offender’. Forgiveness can break patterns that would otherwise interfere with future relationships. Forgiving yourself and others is crucial for healing. If we can find forgiveness in our hearts for those who have caused us hurt and injury, we will rise to a higher level of self-esteem and well-being. Let us remember that we need to forgive to be forgiven. Its just like opening the tight knot that you have been holding since long against the other person. When you forgive that person than you move up ,you feel better. Same as when you are in pre-nurserray you remember kids of your class but when you move to class 12th will you know who all are the kids who are the in pre-nursearry. This means that when you forgive you move to a higher standard no matter how much that person tries to affect you or irritate you they will never be able to do so. As you have let go of him by forgiving him. There are various techniques you can learn to forgive without meeting that person or contacting and much more…….

  • Forgiveness means “To grant free pardon and to give up all claim on account of an offense or debt”. The concept and benefits of forgiveness have been explored in religious thought, the social sciences and medicine. Forgiveness may be considered simply in terms of the person who forgives including forgiving themselves, in terms of the relationship between the forgiver and the person forgiven.
