The following ingredients are needed :
1) a peice of amethyst
2) bowl
3) holy water
4) a light source
Heal Someone with Amethyst
Pour the holy water into the bowl hold the amethyst up to the light then dip the stone into the holy water chanting "may god touch this stone with your healing hand Amen." . When you or someone gets hurt or sick put the amethyst to your skin or where it hurts this will help speed up recovery.
