how do you know you are ascending ?

For me my guide told me while i noticed my heart chakra was painful everyday > it was opening.

Then there is noticing you are in a shower of light, or filled with love, or electricity of high frequency., a very active heart chakra.It's like receiving attunements for apparently no reason and in a much more intense and longer fashion.

As we journey on our ascension path its not important to have the latest information or the newest channel or the latest healing craze. What is vitally important is for you to feel and be present. It's not about exacts. What it is about is letting go and trusting. Feeling the great connection from within yourself. There is much conflicting information and the key is to be in your light. To trust and feel the great connection with the one source frequency.

Try not to be caught up in the dressings and drama of ascension for there is none. Ascension is pure is divine is not any easy journey but also is not complicated.

Use your discernment always. That is, what resonates for you trust in that. Feel it and know.

Who knows what is beyond the dimension we call earthly life? Who really knows. What we are assured of is that the higher realms, however they are structured, bring to us great connection, great gifts of light that illuminate our lives in so many ways.

There are many to call upon to assist us. All they ask is that we trust, feel, surrender and be open to receive. Simple in its form. No complication.

Metatron reminds us that this journey is open to us all on every level. and the key is to feel simplicity, peace, inner harmony for this raises us and releases us and in our believing and letting go we are able to raise up to other dimensions of reality in its energetic form.

Which is what it is all connected with. Energy, radiance, light, harmony, release, uplifting, ascending into higher light realms within ourself.
