Archangel Michael I give my infinite permission to take me, my space and universe in your heart to be in oneness with you and be perfectly protected and free of all negativity/illusions/everything that is not for my highest and greatest good and that it be so for all aspect of my infinite self and i ask God to find a way to do so and i ask God and archangel michael to add all their intentions with my godself with your inifite higher consciousness, wisdom and unconditionnal love to make mine perfect for the highest good and greatest good of each and everyone of us, we the children of God"

It's a combination of whati did before to ask him to protect me, to clear my space and fill it with life force and to clear my system too.

Honestly it's very informal to me. Archangel Michael is my personal protector so it's kind of brotherly if you will. same as the others.

Dear alain,

I always call A.A. Michael like my Brother and just request Him to clear all the negative energies from my each & every cell of my Body, My vital, Mental and From Emotional bodies Just cut down with his Blue sward all which is not good for me...and then I will call st. germain to remove all the debris by transmutation...may be burning or transmute the bad Energies in to positive good one...and with Gratitude I will thanks both of them....some times I used to call lady Nada...also....

we always invoke Michael and ask his protection after every paranormal investigation so that no spirits (good or bad) follow us when we leave.
