Today 29. September is the celebration of the Archangel Michael, time to say THANK YOU for his protective energy and the power of the blue ray for which he is the supreme guardian.

ATTUNEMENT TO ARCHANGEL MICHAEL For your meditation, you can play restful music and burn an aromatherapy oil,I like to use frankincense when working with Archangel Michael but you can choose whatever oil you are drawn to.Sitting in your usual meditation position, begin to centre yourself with your breathing. Feel the cool air at the tip of your nose, warm breath as you breathe out. Follow the breath into your chest and heart centre. Feel yourself bathed in golden sunlight.

Then you find yourself rising upwards, as though on a path of light. You find yourself in a beautiful garden among avenues of fine trees. As you look around, you see a beautiful white building in the distance at the end of one of the vistas. Walk towards it until you find yourself standing in front of it. It is a temple of light. It has an entrance with a finely carved door and there are seven steps of beautiful Blue Topaz leading up to it.

You climb the steps, feeling the warmth and smoothness of the crystal under your bare feet. When you reach the double doors, there are handles of gold. Turn the handle and open the door. Inside is a beautiful circular hall. The floor is Blue Topaz and there are pillars of yellow citrine. The roof is open to the light and it pours in, radiating and sparkling onto the crystal. As it does so, the hall reflects all the colours and shades of the spectrum. Vases of flowers stand around the walls and the perfume of roses and lilies fills the air. At the centre is a candle, like a pillar with a still flame burning on it. The candle is level with your heart centre. There are white benches placed around the walls and you sit on one.

The atmosphere is peaceful and you feel refreshed and energised. Then you become aware of the presence there of Archangel Michael. He is surrounded with golden light, like the sun. You might see him as a colour, a vibration or as he is usually painted in pictures. However you see him or sense him, you know he is there. Archangel Michael is the archangel to call on for removal of any old stuck energy connected to old memories, events or people.

When you are ready to be released from these old stuck situations, Michael uses his sword of light to remove these old chords that can tie you to the past. Ask him now to remove anything that keeps you stuck in the past. See the sword flashing its light all around you to cut these old chords or ties

. Then Michael gives you the sword to hold. It’s not heavy. It is weightless, made of pure light. As you hold it, its light fills every part of you. Feel it filling your feet, legs, body, arms, neck and head, as a vase is filled with water. You become filled with light, and the shadows of old energy dissolves.

The sword is the sword of truth and justice and Michael asks you only to use it for the very highest good of all so that you are able always to work for the light and do your best. You cannot use the sword for any one else, only yourself. You can always ask Michael to come to you when you need it to remove any stuck situations in your life. You give the sword back to Archangel Michael.

He takes a candle and lights it from the pillar candle, giving it to you. It is a light to show you the way forward. He asks you what will be the first thing you will do during the coming week that will put you on the way forward in your life. Tell him any small idea that comes to mind. (Big things start with small steps.)

 It is time to return now. Thanking the Archangel you walk back to the entrance of the temple and down the steps, down the ray of light until you find yourself sitting in your room again. Begin to ground yourself by breathing more deeply, feel the solidity of the floor, the ground and start to stretch and open your eyes

. *When asking Archangel Michael to perform a cord cutting,it is always useful to call in Raphael to seal & heal the area where the cord was attached,you will find both these Archangels work very well together.*
