Event Description
I felt drawn to give this to my partner, and then thought, might as well share it. After all, who never had a bit of low self esteem at times?
Intention:
I intend reiki to help all who receive this empowerment to believe in themselves. I ask reiki to boost their self confidence and self esteem and help them to find their own truth and follow it for the highest good of all involved.
To receive this, again, anywhere, any time, say 3 times:
I can now receive the self confidence empowerment prepared by Jess.

did you include Faith in the intentions of the empowerment ?
Confidence, detachtement, self love, and faith make a whole for what i once called confidence.
i would ask my superconscious mind, my soul, God to reprogram me for my highest and greatest good for this and to remove anything on the way once and for all.
just some thoughts :)
