Activate and use these energies by intention with or without verbal direction. For example you can let these energies start to flow by just thinking of them or saying in your mind or out loud something like "I now activate the ... attunement" or activate it on something in particular by saying "I now activate this attunement on ...this part of my life, this issue, this situation etc. Another way is to send healing to someone else, Mother Nature or Mother Earth by having the intention to do so or saying something like "I now send healing to Mother Earth with the ... attunement". With intention you can also give this attunement a trigger word. For example when you set the intention that when you say the words "flame of healing on" that the 5th-Dimensional Flame of Healing Through the Power of Infinite Transmutation attunement will activate, it will.. intention is everything.

i try something today, it works great for me, i activate first the emerald essence, silver violet flame, and last 5th flame, a great experience.
