It’s pretty explicit.
But for both it will work for maybe an hour, then keep working for all your life beyond your consciousness. The masters, your soul, your guides will handle that for your highest & greatest good.

When I did, I felt darkness (absence of light), pressure...
I centered myself & stabilizedFelt my body widen.
Then I felt too Signs fallen before my eyes, I couldn't distinguish them correctly.
It was very present.Thank you Alain for this great event.
